11+years in commercial concrete

Our own crews, our own trucks, our own equipment.

We self-perform demolition, excavation, haul-off, concrete placement and joint sealing, so there’s no waiting on a separate hauler or excavation subcontractor, and one company answers for the whole scope.

Parking Lot Joint Sealing

Asphalt crack sealing and sealcoating are a different trade. Concrete parking lots and truck courts are built in panels, and the joints between them are designed to move.

  • Open or empty joints between pavement panels
  • Stones and debris packed into joints
  • Chipped and spalled joint edges

Below-Grade Waterproofing

When water comes through a below-grade wall, the most direct fix is from the outside. Dig down to the wall, clean and repair it, install a waterproofing membrane, protect it and backfill.

  • Water entering basements or lower levels after rain
  • Damp walls, efflorescence and peeling interior finishes
  • Leaks at pipe penetrations through foundation walls

Vertical Joint Sealants

Tilt-wall buildings across DFW's industrial corridors depend on the sealant in every vertical panel joint. Those joints open and close each day as the panels heat and cool.

  • Sealant split down the middle (cohesive failure)
  • Sealant pulled away from one face (adhesive failure)
  • Hardened, cracked or chalking sealant past its service life

S-06Our process

From first photo to final walk

  1. STEP 01

    Initial consultation

Send photos and the address on WhatsApp, or call. We ask what we need to know about access, traffic and timing.

  2. STEP 02

    Site assessment

We walk the property, measure the work and mark the areas. This is a contractor's assessment, not an engineering evaluation.

  3. STEP 03

    Scope development

A written scope and proposal: areas, quantities, products, phasing and what we restore afterward.

  4. STEP 04

    Project execution

Our own crews, trucks, loaders and saws, phased so the property stays open.

  5. STEP 05

    Completion

Final walk with you, cleanup and haul-off, and the areas returned to service.
